Sourced in Italy and lovingly made by hand in London, using Caputto 00 flour from Italy, sea salt, mineral water & extra virgin olive oil and then fermented for 48 hours - simple!

Five years ago, we started Paesan Stone-baked Pizza in Crouch End, focusing on what we do best: crafting pre-baked stone-baked pizza bases by hand for local restaurants.

It’s simple: anyone can top and bake our bases in minutes, creating a pizza that tastes like it came from Naples - every time...
