I’m Tony, and for over 30 years, I’ve been immersed in the heart of Italian kitchens across London, learning the craft of authentic cuisine. My love for food—especially pizza—runs deep, rooted in the belief that great ingredients and honest work create something special. Five years ago, I started Paesan Pizza in Crouch End, focusing on what I do best: crafting pre-baked stone baked pizza bases by hand for local restaurants.

In our small Crouch End kitchen, we make 8” and 13” bases using the best Italian products. Each base is kneaded, fermented slowly, and par-baked with care, delivering that crisp, tangy crust restaurants love. Although niche and small, we supply pizza bases and dough balls to a selection of restaurants around London. Our par-baked bases allow our customers to just apply the topping, cook and serve, without needing chefs or fancy ovens. It’s simple: anyone can top and bake our bases in minutes, creating a pizza that tastes like it came from Naples.

For me, food is about connection—bringing people together over something made right.
